How rankings work

What the board is The leaderboard is a public ranking of verified paid advertising contributions. It is not a list of open bids or lottery tickets. 2. What counts • Successfully captured / verified payments in USD • Multiple payments from the same advertiser are added together • Manual/invoice payments only after admin verification 3. What never counts Failed, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, charged-back, or invalidated payments. Pending and processing payments. Unverified transfers. 4. If money later falls out If a counted payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or invalidated, the ranking recalculates immediately. #1 can change after close before the tattoo if the winning funds fail verification. 5. Losing advertisers You purchased advertising. That listing stays for the campaign and on the archive. You do not get a refund because you are not #1. 6. The tattoo If #1’s verified total meets the reserve at close, and design/payment rules are satisfied, a professional tattoo up to 15 × 15 cm may be performed under the Tattoo Prize Rules. If the reserve is not met, no tattoo is required. Advertising is not refunded for that reason. 7. Why a number might drop A payment left the eligible set, or an advertiser was hidden, suspended, banned, or disqualified for policy/fraud reasons. 8. Anti-sniping If a valid contribution changes #1 in the final configured window, the campaign end time extends by that same window until a full window passes without a new #1. 9. Operator records win For any ranking dispute, the operator’s payment and audit records control.
