Advertising Purchase Terms

Counsel-review draft. These pages describe how the campaign works and how we protect the operator and the advertising product. Nature of the purchase A contribution is a purchase of advertising exposure on Tattoo My Ass. It is not a refundable bid, escrow deposit, or lottery ticket. 2. What you buy when payment is verified • Placement on the public leaderboard while the campaign is live • Your approved brand / display name • Your approved logo, or a neutral placeholder until approval • A link to the website you provide • A short public tagline • Exposure for the remaining campaign period • A listing on the permanent archived campaign page after close 3. What you do not buy • A guaranteed #1 rank • A guaranteed tattoo • The right to force a specific tattoo design • A refund if someone outbids you • Exclusive advertising • Guaranteed impressions, clicks, press, or sales • Control over the operator’s body or schedule beyond the Tattoo Prize Rules 4. Tattoo Prize is separate The Tattoo Prize is an extra promotional benefit. It is awarded only to the highest-ranking eligible advertiser if, at campaign close (after removing ineligible payments), that advertiser’s verified total meets or exceeds the tattoo reserve, and all Tattoo Prize Rules are satisfied. If the reserve is not met, advertising already purchased remains valid and is not automatically refunded. 5. Price and currency All prices are in United States dollars (USD). If your bank or PayPal converts from another currency, FX fees and rate differences are yours. Minimum contribution and lead margin are shown on the Site (currently $1 minimum; beat #1 by at least $1). 6. Delivery of advertising Advertising is “delivered” when your eligible payment is verified and your listing can appear on the public leaderboard (with approved branding or a placeholder). Delivery does not require a tattoo. 7. Stacking payments Multiple verified payments from the same advertiser add together. Rank is the sum of eligible verified USD, not your last payment alone. 8. Operator discretion on branding See Acceptable Content Policy. Rejected branding does not force a refund of a delivered advertising purchase unless required by law or these terms.
