- No automatic refund if you get outspent or the tattoo reserve is missed.
- The tattoo is an extra prize for #1 only if the reserve and approvals are met.
- We can refuse logos/designs. Payment does not force refused content.
- Chargebacks and disputes remove money from the ranking immediately.

1. Essential cookies / storage
We use cookies or similar storage that are necessary to:
• keep you signed in as an advertiser or administrator
• remember a contribution / checkout session
• operate PayPal return flows
• protect against abuse
Without these, checkout and “return to your listing” flows may break.
2. Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser. Essential cookies may still be set.
3. Draft storage
The outbid form may store draft fields in your browser (session storage) so a phone photo picker does not wipe your form. That data stays on your device unless you submit it.
