- Every verified payment buys advertising — not a lottery ticket.
- No automatic refund if you get outspent or the tattoo reserve is missed.
- The tattoo is an extra prize for #1 only if the reserve and approvals are met.
- We can refuse logos/designs. Payment does not force refused content.
- Chargebacks and disputes remove money from the ranking immediately.

1. Hard bans
Public branding and any Tattoo Prize design must NOT include:
• Illegal content under applicable law
• Hate symbols, extremist content, or harassment
• Threats or defamatory content
• Pornographic or explicit sexual imagery
• Content involving minors
• Content that encourages violence or self-harm
• Unauthorized trademarks, celebrities, or copyrighted artwork you do not own/license
• Content that creates serious legal liability for the operator
• Anything a professional tattoo artist refuses to tattoo for policy, safety, or ethical reasons
2. Operator final say
The operator has final approval over public branding and the tattoo design. Payment does not create a right to display or tattoo refused content. The operator may require changes, crop, or a placeholder.
3. Rejected logos
Rejected logos are not shown publicly. A neutral placeholder is used. A rejected logo does not by itself cancel an otherwise legitimate advertising purchase.
4. Your warranty
You warrant you have all rights needed for submitted marks and artwork. You will indemnify the operator against IP and publicity claims arising from your submissions.
5. Public archive
Approved campaign advertising may remain in the archive after close. Removal requests are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed once advertising was delivered.
