Tattoo Prize Rules
Counsel-review draft. Last updated August 28, 2026.
Read this first
- Every verified payment buys advertising — not a lottery ticket.
- No automatic refund if you get outspent or the tattoo reserve is missed.
- The tattoo is an extra prize for #1 only if the reserve and approvals are met.
- We can refuse logos/designs. Payment does not force refused content.
- Chargebacks and disputes remove money from the ranking immediately.
Counsel-review draft. These pages describe how the campaign works and how we protect the operator and the advertising product. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction.

1. What the Tattoo Prize is
The Tattoo Prize is an additional promotional benefit for the winning advertiser. It is not sold as a standalone product and is not a gambling prize. Advertising can be bought and kept even if no tattoo is ever performed.
2. Activation (hard gate)
The prize activates ONLY if ALL of the following are true after campaign close:
• ineligible payments are removed
• the #1 advertiser’s verified total is at least the tattoo reserve (default USD $30,000 unless the Site shows a different live figure)
• the winning funds are sufficiently verified (no open high-risk dispute on the winning amount)
• a design is approved by BOTH the operator and a professional tattoo artist
If the reserve is not met: no tattoo is required. Advertising already purchased still stands. No automatic refund.
3. Winner determination
Winner = highest eligible verified USD total after final payment confirmation and removal of invalid transactions. If a leading payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or invalidated after close but before the tattoo is performed, the next eligible advertiser may become the winner. The operator’s books control.
4. Design rules
• Maximum size: 15 cm × 15 cm. Smaller is fine. Larger is never allowed.
• Placement: inside the designated buttock tattoo area. Exact spot inside that square is decided with the operator and the artist.
• The winner may submit branding/design. The operator AND the artist must approve.
• The winner cannot force a tattoo of refused content.
• The artist may make minor changes for tattooability, readability, or safety.
• Acceptable Content Policy applies. Illegal, hateful, pornographic, IP-infringing, or liability-heavy designs will be refused.
5. Operator bodily autonomy and safety
The operator is a human being. The operator may delay, relocate within the approved square, or cancel the tattoo procedure for medical, safety, legal, or artist-refusal reasons. If the tattoo cannot be performed for those reasons after activation, the operator’s obligation is limited to good-faith efforts to reschedule or, if permanently impossible, a remedy limited to the advertising value already delivered and any mandatory legal remedy — not an open-ended personal-injury or “forced tattoo” claim. The operator never waives the right to refuse unsafe or illegal ink.
6. Timing
Target window: within 30 days after ALL of campaign completion, payment confirmation, relevant dispute/fraud review, design approval, and any required winner identity verification. That target is not a hard guarantee. Artist schedules, medical issues, and force majeure can extend it.
7. Proof and publicity
The operator intends to publish appointment photos, the finished tattoo photo, and behind-the-scenes video on the winner/archive pages. The winner grants the publicity license in the Terms for that purpose. Failure to publish media on a specific date does not invalidate the advertising purchase.
8. Permanence language
“Real permanent tattoo” means a professional tattoo procedure under sanitary conditions. It does not mean the operator can never later cover, modify, or medically remove the tattoo for personal or medical reasons.
9. No tattoo until funds are solid
No tattoo is performed until the winning funds are considered sufficiently verified by the operator.
