- Every verified payment buys advertising — not a lottery ticket.
- No automatic refund if you get outspent or the tattoo reserve is missed.
- The tattoo is an extra prize for #1 only if the reserve and approvals are met.
- We can refuse logos/designs. Payment does not force refused content.
- Chargebacks and disputes remove money from the ranking immediately.

1. Who we are
The Campaign is operated by the Site operator. Contact for privacy requests: use the inquire / operator contact channel published on the Site.
2. What we collect
• Advertiser data you submit: brand name, contact name, email, website, logo, tagline, optional social URL, country
• Payment references from the provider (never raw card numbers)
• Technical logs needed to run the Site and prevent abuse
• Product analytics events (e.g. page view, checkout started, share clicked) without publishing private contact or payment identifiers
3. Why we use it
To run the Campaign, display approved public advertising, verify payments, prevent fraud, contact you about your listing or the Tattoo Prize, publish winner proof when applicable, and keep accounting/legal records.
4. What is public
Public pages show approved advertising only: display name, logo (if approved), tagline, website, rank, and verified contribution total. Contact email, legal name, and payment identifiers are not published on the leaderboard.
5. Sharing
We share data with payment providers and service vendors needed to operate the Site (hosting, email, fraud tools). We do not sell your email list. We may disclose information if required by law or to defend legal claims.
6. Retention
We keep records as long as needed for the Campaign, accounting, chargebacks, and legal obligations. Public archive listings may remain indefinitely as part of the advertising you bought.
7. Your requests
You may request access or correction of your advertiser record. We may refuse deletion of records we must keep for disputes, taxes, or law. Removing a logo from public view is not the same as deleting payment records.
8. International
The operator may process data from Argentina and via processors in other countries (e.g. PayPal). By participating you understand that.
9. Children
The Site is not for anyone under 18.
