- Every verified payment buys advertising — not a lottery ticket.
- No automatic refund if you get outspent or the tattoo reserve is missed.
- The tattoo is an extra prize for #1 only if the reserve and approvals are met.
- We can refuse logos/designs. Payment does not force refused content.
- Chargebacks and disputes remove money from the ranking immediately.

1. Currency
All contributions are in USD.
2. When money counts
Payments affect the leaderboard ONLY after:
• secure confirmation / capture from the payment provider (e.g. PayPal), OR
• an administrator verifies a manual invoice / bank transfer
A browser “success” or return page alone is NEVER enough.
3. Payment states
Tracked states include: Pending, Processing, Paid, Failed, Cancelled, Refunded, Partially refunded, Disputed, Chargeback, Invalidated. Only eligible verified funds count toward rank.
4. Providers
PayPal (and any future providers) apply their own user agreements. Chargebacks are handled under provider rules. We do not store raw card numbers.
5. Manual / invoice
Manual bank transfer or invoice payments stay Pending until the operator confirms receipt. They do not move the board while Pending. Large advertisers may request invoice terms.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes, VAT, reporting, and corporate approvals. Prices shown are the advertising contribution amounts in USD unless we expressly say otherwise.
7. Fraud
We may block, reverse, or invalidate payments tied to fraud, sanctions risk, or abuse. Invalidated funds do not count.
8. Records
Every payment has a transaction record and audit history. The operator’s records control for ranking disputes.
