Refund Policy

Counsel-review draft. These pages describe how the campaign works and how we protect the operator and the advertising product. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed lawyer in your jurisdiction. Last updated: August 28, 2026 1. Default rule Contributions buy advertising. Once advertising has begun — meaning your payment is verified and your listing can appear on the Site — contributions are generally FINAL, subject only to mandatory consumer law and the payment provider’s rules. 2. No refund because… You are NOT entitled to a refund because: • another advertiser outranks you • the campaign does not reach the tattoo reserve • the tattoo is not performed (reserve missed, design refused, winner payment invalidated, etc.) • your logo is pending, rejected, or replaced with a placeholder • you change your mind after a verified payment • you expected more traffic, press, or virality than you got • PayPal or your bank charged FX fees 3. When we may refund The operator may issue a full or partial refund at the operator’s sole discretion, including for: • clear duplicate charges • confirmed fraud against you • inability to deliver the advertising listing at all • legal or compliance requirements A refund, dispute win, or chargeback removes those funds from the ranking immediately. 4. Chargebacks and disputes If you open a chargeback or dispute after receiving advertising delivery, we may contest it with evidence of the advertising purchase. Disputed or charged-back amounts do not count as verified contributions. Repeated chargeback abuse may result in ban and forfeiture of listings. 5. Pending payments Pending / processing / unverified manual transfers are not advertising delivery yet. If they never clear, they never count and you are not owed a ranking or tattoo based on them. 6. How to ask Contact the operator with your payment reference. Refund requests do not pause the campaign or freeze other advertisers’ ranks.
